These three words every leader should visit at lest 2-3 times a month to process what leadership steps are critical to follow up on.

NEED

What do you Need to do for yourself as a leader that if you do not, you will not continue to grow?

WANT

Want do you want to do as a leader, but you have to find the right timing to accomplish it. Which means you may have to wait or act immediately so that you can continue to grow?

SHOULD

What Should you do even thought it is going to be really hard or challenging? Are you avoiding something your leadership can no longer avoid?
