A major tension I have observed with leaders has been the perception that passion and drive will equal success.  However, success for some leaders is actually never defined.

Knowing what Moves you is really important for your own leadership as well as the leadership you need to provide for others.

Seth Godin says, “Productive is the skill of getting the right things done, so that we accomplish what we set out to do in the first place. The work that matters.”

If pursuing wisdom allows us to learn as we grow and continue to gain knowledge, even from the hard and uncomfortable moments, we may lead from a place of healthy tension instead of constant internal conflict.

Everyone wants to be able to answer “WHY IS IT THIS WAY”?

These three words every leader should visit at lest 2-3 times a month to process what leadership steps are critical to follow up on.

Being a copy cat takes less energy than allowing the space & time to create with originality. Giving yourself space & time to create births ownership on a deeper level.

New opportunities that we create and new opportunities that will come our way. But with those opportunities come challenges, hurdles, conversations & change that has to be navigated.

WHAT YOU SAY, is as important as HOW YOU SAY IT.
